First you have Jay, the patriarch of the family, and his much younger, very hot Colombian wife Gloria, and her son Manny, who is certainly an old soul.  The actor Ed O’Neill plays Jay and even though he will always be Al Bundy to me, it’s possible to completely forget his former role while watching him struggle with the trials and tribulations of this one.  Another family grouping surrounds Jay’s daughter Claire (actress Julie Bowen) and her family.  Clair’s married to Phil, who desperately wants to be “the cool dad” to his three teen and pre-teen kids.  Needless to say, he’s failing miserably at being cool.  Finally, the last grouping is made up of Jay’s son Mitchell, his life-partner Cameron, and their adopted daughter Lily.  Watching the two men struggle to care for a new baby makes them my favorite to watch.

Needless to say, I’m looking forward to more new episodes and I like it so much, I even watch the re-runs.

Good post. I learn something more challenging on different blogs everyday. It’ll all the time be stimulating to learn content from other writers and follow slightly one thing from their store. I’d prefer to make use of some with the content on my blog whether or not you don’t mind. Natually I’ll provide you with a link in your web blog. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do some research on this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such excellent information being shared freely out there.

I perform a lot of number gathering for these types of games because I think that history can give us an idea of what will happen in the future. I’m sure you know that more often than not its really hard to figure out the winning team in professional football. This is why I recommend using statistics for football.

I haven’t been this excited to watch a half hour comedy since Arrested Development. It has me laughing out loud plenty of times in a episode. I loved when Cameron was a clown and is defending Mitchel’s honor….”I’m the ass kicking clown that will twist you like a balloon animal!”

I enjoy it and look forward to Wednesday nights because of it. I haven’t managed to catch Glee yet, but I’ve heard it’s great. I’ll try to watch that one soon.

I love Modern Family, Glee is another fav. this year. Both have wonderful writing which is smart and quick. Sadly smart and TV usually don’t go hand in hand.

This show looks hysterical. We didn’t have TV for almost a year (after the switch to digital) but just got one yesterday. I’m definitely looking forward to watching “Modern Family”.
