In publisher news, several readers have asked about a US edition of The Winter Sea by Susanna Kearsley. I have been informed that Sourcebooks will be publishing a US edition, and it is tentatively set to come out in Fall 2010.
And, last but definitely not least, I’ve been informed by Avon that they have very recently acquired a significant portion of Dorchester Publishing’s backlist and frontlist. This includes works by Lynsay Sands, Christine Feehan, Katie McAllister, C.L. Wilson, Marjorie M. Liu and Nina Bangs. The books will be repackaged over the next several months, with publication dates still to be announced by Avon.
