Eagerly Awaiting in January
The past couple of years have been good in terms of reading. I can think of a few 2012 books here and there that I know people anticipate, but I wasn’t sure what books all of us here at AAR would be wanting to bring in the new year. Julie Anne Long’s Pennyroyal Green has more than a few fans at AAR, so I was not surprised to see it top the list of Eagerly Awaited books. And rounding out the list are a nice assortment of other historicals, paranormals, and some inspirational and contemporary picks. What books are you most looking forward to this new year?

Have to agree with SHZ, I””m waiting for Feb as well. Sounds like there are a lot ARCS out of Lisa Kleypas Rainshadow Road and I’m hearing good things. I can’t wait!
LAST MAN STANDING by Cindy Gerard is what is going to make January a perfect month for me! Cannot wait for that one!
So many historicals listed! They’re not my thing, so not much here to get me excited.
Robyn Carr’s Hidden Summit was good, but the next one – released in February – is better. February’s going to be a great month, but pickings are slimmer for January as far as I’m concerned.
When I have reviewed a book, and the review has been published before this list comes out I don’t list it as eagerly awaiting. However I was excited to read both the The Duke Is Mine By Eloisa James, and Hidden Summit by Robyn Carr. In January. I do plan to read:
Bodine, Sherrill – All I Want Is You
Connelly, Victoria – Dreaming of Mr. Darcy
