Cindy W – Publishers consider late month releases part of the next month (don’t ask me why), so Ward’s 9/29 release is considered an October release. And I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see some of my fellow staffers list that among their Eagerly Awaiting next month!

I’m also looking forward to the James and Guhrke releases. I’m a little ambivalent about the Goodman mainly because it’s a western – not that I don’t like westerns, I just think Ms Goodman has one of the best “”Regency”” voices out there. I will say the Chadwick and Allen books look interesting. Other books not on the list:
