The Gift

TEST

I almost didn’t read this erotic short because the blurb hints that the jealousy aspect may cause major drama, and I wasn’t interested in that. But I finally decided to give it a go, and what I discovered is one of the best Spice Briefs I’ve had the pleasure to read.

After 10 great years of marriage, Mia is looking to find a birthday gift for Evan that will knock his socks off. She decides to arrange an erotic touch massage for the both of them, knowing that they’ve always found a little jealousy to be an aphrodisiac, and also hoping to learn a few new tricks from the female masseuse.

The erotic scenes in The Gift are scorching; not simply because they are explicit, although they are that, but more so because the author successfully ramps up the heat and chemistry to a bursting level. Seriously, damn.

I also especially enjoyed that by the end, not only did I feel that this experience would be a positive for Mia and Evan’s marriage, I also felt that they’d learned a few things about each other’s sexual desires, and believed that their future sexcapades would be all the more intense for it. And in contrast to my expectations, the jealousy aspect was used minimally and as an aphrodisiac, thus not adding any unnecessary drama to the story.

So if you’re looking for a fast and highly erotic read, I definitely think The Gift fits the bill.
