The Enchantment Emporium

TEST

This book had the promise to be the sort of fantasy story that I love. It doesn’t take itself too seriously, it’s filled with colorful, funny characters, and the magical element exists in a way that could potentially screw up the whole world – but so far only makes life a little crazy. However, the Gale world is so detailed and complicated that, as a first book, there’s too much heavy referencing to elements that are only lightly touched upon. Ultimately, The Enchantment Emporium left me feeling vaguely bewildered and a little left out.
