And the Winner Is…
Lord of Scoundrels by Loretta Chase. It was close. Neck in neck there for a while, but the perennial favorite of many at AAR is the book chosen for the next AAR Book Club by site readers.
We’ll hold a Cover it Live online discussion on Sunday, September 27th at 4 p.m. eastern time. Look for Heather and Lea’s discussion of the book about a week before.
So, start (re) reading and look forward to seeing you there!

Yay! I know right where my copy is. Just want to add that I might be gone for the discussion too! Do you think we could continue on the boards? I hope to be there though, it would be fun to do it live.

I’ll be visiting family and friends in San Francisco so won’t be able to participate — just wanted you to know so you didn’t take my absence as a slur on either the book or the book club.

Caryl, so sorry you won’t be able to make it, but we will certainly be doing this again and hope you can make it next time.
And thanks so much for your very encouraging words. We have a great staff right now who are working their buns off to keep AAR lively and fun. Thank you for noticing and even more for taking the time to let us know.

Rats! I’ll be at a wedding that day. But will look forward to reading Heather and Lea’s discussion.
PS I’m loving the new energy at AAR. I’ve been visiting 3-4 per week, way up from my previous patterns. Keep up the EXCELLENT work.
